How Building Permits Work in Loftia
In Loftia, building permits determine placement allowances for items and structures. Players expand these placement limits by purchasing permit upgrades using money and Bloom. The categories below include Energy Stations, Garden Beds, Island Slots, Structural Items, and Pet Habitats.
Energy Stations Permit Limits
Energy Stations begin at a starting limit of 1 and start unlocked. The next upgrade raises the limit to 2 for 125 money and 0 Bloom. Raising the limit to 3 requires 1000 money and 0 Bloom. The following upgrade raises the limit to 4 for 2500 money and 5 Bloom. The last upgrade in the demo data expands the placement limit to 5 Energy Stations for 5000 money and 10 Bloom.
Garden Beds Permit Limits
Garden Beds start unlocked with an initial starting limit of 1. The next upgrade raises the limit to 2 Garden Beds for 25 money and 0 Bloom. The following upgrade raises the limit to 3 for 500 money and 0 Bloom. Upgrading further raises the limit to 4 Garden Beds for 5000 money and 10 Bloom. The last upgrade in the demo data expands Garden Beds to a limit of 6 for 15000 money and 25 Bloom.
Island Slots Permit Limits
Island Slots have an initial starting limit of 1 and start locked. The next upgrade raises the limit to 2 Island Slots for 10000 money and 10 Bloom. The last upgrade in the demo data raises the limit to 3 Island Slots for 20000 money and 25 Bloom.
Structural Items Placement Limits
Structural Items start locked with a starting limit of 10. The next upgrade raises the limit to 15 Structural Items for 500 money and 0 Bloom. The following upgrade raises the limit to 20 Structural Items for 1000 money and 0 Bloom. Upgrading further raises the limit to 25 Structural Items for 5000 money and 5 Bloom. The last upgrade in the demo data raises the limit to 30 Structural Items for 10000 money and 10 Bloom.
Pet Habitats Placement Limits
Pet Habitats start locked at a starting limit of 1. The next upgrade raises the limit to 2 Pet Habitats for 500 money and 0 Bloom. The following upgrade provides a limit of 3 Pet Habitats for 2500 money and 10 Bloom. The last upgrade in the demo data raises the limit to 4 Pet Habitats for 5000 money and 25 Bloom.
