Launch Platforms for Early Access
Loftia is coming to Early Access on November 3, 2026, on PC and Mac. The developers stated that Loftia will be available on PC and Mac, and will be playable in 14 different languages at launch. Platform specifications on the Steam store indicate support for Windows and Mac, while no Linux version is listed on the store page. For players on macOS, the official store notes clarify that Intel based Macs are NOT supported.
Future Platform Expansion Goals
Platforms people ask about, including Switch, PS5, Xbox, and mobile, are not announced. The developers stated that their goal is to bring Loftia to even more platforms and languages over time, and to have Loftia be as accessible as possible to people from all over the world.
The team noted that they are launching in Early Access because they want to continue building Loftia alongside the community. During this phase, updates will focus on improving existing systems, expanding the world, and introducing new features, stories, areas, and ways to play together over time.
