Treasure Hunt World Event Overview

In Loftia, the Treasure Hunt is a recurring server-wide world event scheduled every 60 minutes that runs for 300 seconds across rotating host districts. The primary objective directs adventurers to harvest sparkling spots and try to find as many keys as possible before time expires. The event operates under an open server participation mode where all online players can freely join without advance registration.

While standard minigames such as Race, Whack-A-Mole, and Color Splash run for only 30 seconds, the Treasure Hunt provides an extended 300 seconds session. Exactly 5 minutes before each session commences, the game server broadcasts an advance alert informing players of the designated district location. Once the countdown ends, sparkling nodes appear across the staging area for a fast-paced gathering scramble. Adventurers gather event items to unlock special treasure chests scattered throughout the district perimeter. Real-time event countdowns and rotation timers can be monitored using the community event schedule tracker at /treasure-hunt/.

Server Schedule and Rotation Timers

The Treasure Hunt operates on a strictly automated server schedule configured to trigger every 60 minutes. Game configurations specify a 30-minute UTC start offset that governs the timing cadence of active runs. An announcement lead time of 5 minutes ensures all players receive clear advance warning to travel to the staging area. The event requires no signup timeframe and no registration prerequisites, allowing participants to join the action as soon as nodes appear.

Rotating Host Locations and Variant Maps

The Treasure Hunt rotates across three distinct districts. The first host location is The Hills in Loftia City, announced by the server message stating that the Treasure Hunt is about to start in The Hills in Loftia City in 5 minutes. The second variant location is The Grove in the Hanging Gardens, heralded by an alert announcing that the Treasure Hunt is about to start in the Grove in the Hanging Gardens in 5 minutes. The third variant takes place in the Historical Quarter in The Gridfall, broadcast by a message stating that the Treasure Hunt is about to start in the Historical Quarter in the Gridfall in 5 minutes. Navigating between districts ahead of the 5 minutes warning is easily planned using the interactive island maps at /map/.

Sparkling Gathering Nodes and Node Drop Rates

During active event windows, glowing resource points appear across the ground that can be harvested instantly. Harvesting sparkling spots awards three distinct event items according to fixed node reward drop rates.

The most abundant drop is Scrap Bits, dropping in quantities between 1 and 3 pieces with a high roll weight of 60. Game records describe Scrap Bits as small bits of scrap that are not enough for general crafting, but perfect to craft keys. Scrap Bits are classified under Key Items with Common rarity and cannot be sold to vendors.

Gathering nodes also drop Chest Key items with a roll weight of 9, providing 1 key per successful roll. Chest Key items are Rare Key Items with a generous inventory stack limit of 50 units. The rarest sparkling node drop is the Golden Chest Key, appearing with a slim roll weight of 1 for 1 key. Golden Chest Key items hold VeryRare rarity and share the standard stack limit of 50 units.

Key Crafting Recipes and Cella’s Key Shop Economy

Players who collect surplus Scrap Bits can assemble additional keys at manufacturing stations. Crafting a standard Chest Key requires 100 Scrap Bits at a Project Station Lv.1. Assembling a Golden Chest Key requires 10 Chest Key items and 25 Bloom at a Project Station Lv.3.

Players can also purchase keys directly with Dew from Cella’s Key Shop. At Cella’s Key Shop, a standard Chest Key costs 250 Dew, a Golden Chest Key costs 5000 Dew, and individual Scrap Bits cost 10 Dew. Purchasing 100 Scrap Bits costs 1000 Dew, meaning that crafting a Chest Key from bought bits is more expensive than buying the finished key for 250 Dew. Conversely, assembling a Golden Chest Key using gathered keys and farm Bloom saves thousands of Dew compared to the 5000 Dew vendor price.

Chest Tiers and Guaranteed Daily Goodies

Treasure chests discovered throughout event grounds are categorized into standard chests and rare golden chests. Standard chests require spending 1 Chest Key to unlock and claim their contents. Opening rare golden chests requires expending 1 Golden Chest Key.

Chests reward between 3 and 5 Bloom units per opening. Bloom is a progression material used to upgrade Building Permit limits and complete World Projects. For example, upgrading island Energy Stations, Garden Beds, and Hydrofarms requires substantial quantities of Bloom at city hall.

Chests also reward between 3 and 5 Scrambled Coordinates data items. Game descriptions define Scrambled Coordinates as a shard of jumbled data pointing at a location in the sky. Scrambled Coordinates serve as navigation keys that grant access to high-tier Adventure group expeditions. Detailed applications for Bloom and Coordinates in community upgrades can be explored in our item compendium at /items/.
