Most Anticipated Game Award
Loftia won the Most Anticipated Game award at the Cozy Game Awards. The development team shared that they were nominated alongside many great games coming this year. The team credited the community and player support over recent months for making the achievement possible. The event was hosted by Rokaplay, and other featured cozy games are on Steam.
Summer Game Fest Showcases
Loftia will participate in the Summer Game Fest season with showcase appearances at Wholesome Direct and Women-Led Games. Loftia previously debuted its official teaser trailer at Wholesome Direct in 2023. Returning in 2026 as the team prepares to bring the game to players represents a full-circle moment for the developers. The developers were also selected for the Women-Led Games showcase, which celebrates women working in games. Both showcases will reveal a special trailer, and Wholesome Direct will announce exclusive news. Women-Led Games premieres on June 4 at 4pm PT, while Wholesome Direct premieres on June 6 at 9am PT on YouTube.
Early Access Development Updates
The announcement arrived nearly a month after the team wrapped up closed Beta playtests. With Beta testing concluded, the development team returned full-steam ahead on production. The team is working through player feedback and suggestions while implementing additional content for Early Access.
