Overview and Personal Energy Storage Items
Personal energy powers work benches and crafting activities across player islands in Loftia. For detailed instructions on upgrading personal storage capacity from 5 to 30 energy charges, read the How to Upgrade Your Battery in Loftia guide. The starting Battery holds 5 energy charges and is rechargeable in any energy station. Battery Level 2 expands personal capacity to 10 energy charges. Battery Level 3 expands personal capacity to 20 energy charges. Battery Level 4 expands personal capacity to 30 energy charges. Solar Battery is described as a battery perfect for plugging into solar farms. Wind Battery is described as a battery good for holding wind generated power.

Energy Stations Building Permit Limits
Building permits govern how many energy station structures players can place on their island:
- The starting placement limit for Energy Stations is 1 station.
- Tier 1 permit upgrade increases the limit to 2 stations for 125 Dew.
- Tier 2 permit upgrade increases the limit to 3 stations for 1000 Dew.
- Tier 3 permit upgrade increases the limit to 4 stations for 2500 Dew and 5 Bloom.
- Tier 4 permit upgrade increases the limit to 5 stations for 5000 Dew and 10 Bloom.
- Purchasing all 4 permit upgrade tiers requires a total of 8625 Dew and 15 Bloom.
Day Cycle and Energy Generation Modifiers
The game environment cycles through 4 distinct time intervals of 5 minutes each:
- Morning has a duration of 5 minutes, Solar modifier of 0 percent, and Hydro modifier of 0 percent.
- Afternoon has a duration of 5 minutes, Solar modifier of 0 percent, and Hydro modifier of 0 percent.
- Evening has a duration of 5 minutes, Solar modifier of 0 percent, and Hydro modifier of 0 percent.
- Night has a duration of 5 minutes, Solar modifier of 80 percent, and Hydro modifier of 0 percent.
- In the game files, the Solar energy generation modifier is listed at 80 percent during the Night interval and 0 percent during daylight intervals.
- The Hydro energy generation modifier is listed at 0 percent across all four intervals.
